This game makes me sick. I am rarely so much waiting for a video game, and im 32 and usually a very patient person. Please take some time to clarify pre order bonus and limited edition outside the U.S.A (canada, Europe, etc.). Sprry for stalking you with this question. And enjoy your game release and millions of copies sold! Thanks! :)

  7. Proud to be one of the 8000 pre-orders, but we really need to spread the word, folks...there should be more than 8000.

What's next after TM? How about Jet Moto?

I am also proud to be among those who have pre ordered the game. Seeing that disc... pretty much done. My God. I've been waiting almost 11 years for this game....

I simply cannot wait just another month and a day (although I'm going to have to) to play this Twisted masterpiece!

Can't wait to see the new promo and everything else, and I'm glad Twisted is getting some attention!!!!

Hell Armageddon riders has some what of the same concept as TM has with the cars and all but no game can beat the best inside TM or TM's mascot ST, even though TM has been in the shadows 4 a long time I am so glad to c its been resurrected. TM PS3 FTW!!!

  14. @psdmaniac. Not much he can do about it now as the game is just about to drop. I know what you mean about the empty space and size issues, but they really become non-issues when it comes to TM. The main idea has always been fun.

I remember TM2 looked like crap compared to what was out at the time, but holy hell was it fun. I'm sure the dev team explored the ideas of more detailed levels; and if they did, they probably saw that it hampered the gameplay. There's a certain dynamic in TM that doesn't work with too much environment getting in the way. Imagine if TM were tightly packed like Dead Space. It works for DS, but TM would just be about who shoots first if that were the case.

TM is about being able to see what's going on way up ahead and planning your next move while you are nalpaming the guy next to you. Fun and frenetic! I would much rather more fun and better gameplay than better looking environments. Case in point, I would rather play Angry Birds than Duke Nukem Forever. DNF looks good (not as good as most stuff out, but decent) and while AB has a specific art style, it's just simple 2D graphics. But AG is way more fun.

So, I'm hearing you, bro, but I don't think you have anything to worry about. Jaffe is a gamer's developer through and through. Who else would be blogging and putting up videos of his personal journey through the development process; only someone dedicated to us. He knows his fan-base and what we are expecting. My bet is, he's gone above an beyond that.

  17. Hello Mr. Jaffe. First of all, Happy New Years and hope it's been great so far. Okay, so I have read your current tweets about the contest and figure I would post mine here for easy access. However, I sent all of my entries via Twitter and therefore, will compile them here in chronological order with URLs linking to them.
The Show Your TM Spirit contest: https://twitter.com/#!/AG3N1US/status/153186427138617344.
The NYE contest, which confirms me as a winner https://twitter.com/#!/davidscottjaffe/status/153595014180646913. I sent my address info to your assistant via direct message on Twitter.
The Make A Song About TM contest: https://twitter.com/#!/AG3N1US/status/155906433949503488.
Of course (I think) no one has been declared a winner for the first contest and I'm not sure if there were any winners for the 'Make A song About TM' contest. I never received a reply if I was late. Just thought I mention that. However, you have my permission if you like to post these items on your blog or TM blog. Thank you for your time. Hope this helps. Have a great weekend.
