Voting on a Sunday...
Note: Please forgive my hat head...I still have not had a shower today. This is why I wear the fisherman's hat so often in my blog posts...but it's downstairs right now and I'm too lazy to go get it. I tend to work in my pajamas since I work at home and my hair- unlike other people who can just wake up and go- seriously looks like a damned rat's nest in the morning. So there ya go...man up and suffer thru my horrendous hair style. And remember: FUCK SALT!!!!
David
NOTE: No clue why this is out of sync...never happened before to me on Youtube...but you should be able to get the gist, yes? Thanks!
Awesome. First comment!
ReplyDeleteBOB SAGET!
ReplyDeleteVote for Obama, or don't vote.
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what I've been telling my friends :P
sadly, because i'm a horrible american, i won't be voting on tuesday. mainly because i don't know shit about the canidates and don't honestly care. so i would rather not vote then vote for the "wrong" person.
ReplyDeleteTHESE FISHSTICKS ARE HARD AS TITS!
ReplyDeletefirst and foremorst i agreed with prop 2 since we eat them after all at least let them have a good life while they alive.
ReplyDeletesecond of course i will vote my first vote just turn 19 i have a mix set f value dem and rep but i don't back the idea of medic insurance being national since in new york we have free health care for people making under 75k i truly believe it should be a state that deal with it since each state have different needs.next subject is i believe all people should vote no matter who they voting for it their choice and i believe either way we go we will be ok i dont buy into the whole bush=McCain thing like many people have since i have research both candid resolutions and plans that would push the country to a better way just the more popular one isn't saying how he going to really pay his one tril dollars extra spending and at the same time lower tax with out sinking our country into debt.
Now I'm not American, but I agree with your votes. All of the ones mentioned. I haven't been following the US Election very heavily, but from what I have seen... Obama all the way.
ReplyDeleteAs for those Props... I agree with both of your decisions. I agree with each and every comment you mentioned about both of these topics.
The price of eggs goes up, whoopdie fuckin' doo. KFC has to spend more money on it's chickens. I don't care.
And gay marriages. WHO CARES? Let them do what they want. If there's someone out there whose all anti-gay, shut the fuck up. Really. Let them do what they want. But it's against god's teachings! So what?! If God exists, let them go to Hell. It's not your head under the guillotine so let it be.
Kudos! Once again Dave! Have a good week!
ReplyDelete"When Obama wins?"
ReplyDeletePersonally, I'm an optimistic fellow too, but really, we really shouldn't take something like this for granted. He could still lose, although, by the numbers of record-setting voter turnouts I've been seeing, that's not really the case...just saying it's possible.
We're not out of the woods yet. :)
In the words of Lewis Black: "On the List of Things to Worry About, gay marriage is on page 6 after 'Are we eating too much garlic as a people?'". If you don't have more important issues to think about, you need a hobby.
ReplyDeleteNext group to be targeted? Furries! ;)
ReplyDeleteWho's next? Unfortunately, it will likely be low-income people who become the next target of discrimination in our country and abroad. The gap has been ever growing, and there has, for a long time, been this sense that circumstance somehow plays no role in the outcome of peoples' lives.
ReplyDeleteVote Obama or don't vote? Who do you work for Acorn?
ReplyDeletehttp://www.extropica.com/?p=107
so...does this mean that in 40 years, there'll be a gay presidential candidate?
ReplyDeleteWell, I already voted for McCain. Obama supporters just better hope history doesn't repeat itself becasue the sun newspaper already printed out Obama wins papers. This could be a Dewey 2.0.
ReplyDelete@anony i usually back the dem even thoght i haven't voted yet but im am a new yorker and im backing mc cain too for the simple fact that his plan is logically and not fault hope like obama plans of 1 trill dollars of spending where are we going to get that money when at the same time lowering taxes to 95 % of people .if we left iraq we only save 120 billions a year we still need to make up 880 billions a year to do obama plans and get out of debt im fully against making health care national that should stay a state by state thing as i stated before.either as far as obama lead that lend is not are solid as many think currently there a poll that state mcain 45% obama 47% with a 3 percent of error anything can happen and i dont want to hear people say obama was of the election if he lose
ReplyDeleteDavid Jaffe you are fucking awesome. No other way to say it. Both God of War games and now this video. What next? I agree with you 100%.
ReplyDeleteYeah david jaffe you are the best.
ReplyDeleteI love your games and your vidos are great.
just the best,
robin from switzerland
Pretty ballsy to come out and say that shit, CLiffy B. But I agree with you. If your against same sex marriage, then don't marrry someone of the same sex. Simple as that. I know you are working on a game that you cannot confirm as to what it is, though we all know what it is. It would be interesting if for your next game, with how much you are interested in politics, you made a "politically" driven game, or something that pushes the boundries of what is acceptable in todays society.

Oh man I hope you voted YES on 1!!!
ReplyDeleteWe need a transit system and it would be great to have something built for our kids, as well as ourselves.
anon
ReplyDeletewe don't need to spend all that money on prop 1. Not now at least. We need to get our economy stable again before we can spend money.
i voted by mail too
ReplyDeleteSupport abortion, which is killing a baby, taking a human life. But, let us please make sure those chickens are nice and comfortable. Makes so much sense.
ReplyDeletei totally agree with all the voting choices you made. i would have made all the same choices if i were an american citizen.
