Eh, Lady in the Water wasn't all that great but his latest movie The Happening looks interesting.

I don't know M. Night is pretty hit or miss with me.

Hearing you say "our new game" and not knowing what it is yet is wearing on me :) Any chance we'll hear anything about it soon...E3 maybe?? Anyway it kinda bums me out that Calling All Cars wasn't a bigger success (Apparently) that has to be one of my favorite online multiplayer games...After you get GTA out of your system we need to get a game going! :)

Hmmmm... What can I say, Lady in the Water well..... sucked. David I am not a genius or anything but just stick to the original formula it is what we grow up and loved when we were little. It all comes down to if you believe that the fans of that game will love it then they probably will.

I'm curious. What were you thinking when you made Twisted Metal and God of War? Was your ultimate goal to make a commercially successful game, or to make a game that appealed to you and was what you wanted?

asura, hey!

Well, on those games, I had a good balance. The seed of the ideas were gut driven, things I felt compelled to do. But then I made sure from the start to make sure those gut based concepts were clothed in commercial concepts and presentations. So a balance on those two...and it shows, I think.

I personally thought lady in the water was good...M Night is a crazy guy when you look at his movies...Unbreakable, Signs, 6th Sense, The Village, The Happening his are movies pretty far out their and have a always a pretty sweet story even if some people don't really like them at least he is doing the movies the way he wants and not the way the film studio says they have to be done...
