Hearing you say "our new game" and not knowing what it is yet is wearing on me :) Any chance we'll hear anything about it soon...E3 maybe?? Anyway it kinda bums me out that Calling All Cars wasn't a bigger success (Apparently) that has to be one of my favorite online multiplayer games...After you get GTA out of your system we need to get a game going! :)
Hmmmm... What can I say, Lady in the Water well..... sucked. David I am not a genius or anything but just stick to the original formula it is what we grow up and loved when we were little. It all comes down to if you believe that the fans of that game will love it then they probably will.
ya what travis said, and if your stuck on one part make diffrent senaros. and pick which one sounds the best and if that does not help do what i do look in to your dreams. i know i probly wont be abile to work beside you so if you like some of my fan fic charactrs use them. in away i helping out my fave developer and game franchize.
and dont worry thos are only bits of the real ones from my 4 storys i have worte and those you wont here for awile unless you know where in TX is a patten office where i can clamed them as mine and have the copyrights to it. :)
I'm curious. What were you thinking when you made Twisted Metal and God of War? Was your ultimate goal to make a commercially successful game, or to make a game that appealed to you and was what you wanted?
Well, on those games, I had a good balance. The seed of the ideas were gut driven, things I felt compelled to do. But then I made sure from the start to make sure those gut based concepts were clothed in commercial concepts and presentations. So a balance on those two...and it shows, I think.
I personally thought lady in the water was good...M Night is a crazy guy when you look at his movies...Unbreakable, Signs, 6th Sense, The Village, The Happening his are movies pretty far out their and have a always a pretty sweet story even if some people don't really like them at least he is doing the movies the way he wants and not the way the film studio says they have to be done...
This is the game I directed/lead designed that is currently running on Playstation Network! The critics pretty much hated it but it has its fans and I am one of them! I'm super proud of this thing and I think it's a blast! Hope to see ya online while it's still alive :).
THE LITTLE COMPANY THAT WAS...
We've officially shut down The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency. I am almost certain it shall rise again one day in some form or another but at least as far as ver 1.0 is concerned, 'She's dead, Jim'. And I'll miss her. What a great team, a great company, and a great experience. Thanks for everything, Bartlet Jones! And thanks to Sony for the opportunity to launch our little adventure; y'alls faith in us remains so appreciated! Y'all rock!
No idea why it's a 'guilty' pleasure. But it is! :) Love this show!
