Regular readers of the blog will recognize the missing door handle that shattered when I kicked the door in when my 5 year old locked herself inside. Yeah, I still need to get that fixed. :)
And there's our logo in alll her glory. Yeah, she looks all lonely up there by herself, but hell, it's still kinda cool to see when I come into work every morning.

Ok, ok...they are just some damn stickers...but when they are stickers from a company you really care about, well hell...it's damn neat for me to see!
Ok- it's late...just got done watching 7 Pounds with Will Smith (pretty good!) and I wanna get some sleep. My new dev kit arrives tomorrow and I'm so excited to try out some of the new mechanics the team has put into the game since my rig has been out of commission. Chat with you guys soon!

Nice stickers Jaffe. Hey I work for the site you gave an interview to last night, and I just wanted to say that we all really appreciate it. I love what you've done in the game industry and appreciate what you're doing on the blog. I've read some of your stuff on here and I gotta say you are right on 99% of the time.

Gekkoton, if enough people ask, we'll print some up and send them out. Hell, we'll send two out/person...BUT you guys who get them HAVE to do two things:

Oh geez, Seven Pounds is TERRIBLE, Jaffe! Saw that shit at the first public screening back in August. Worst film I've ever seen!!!! I can imagine you saw a slightly better version, but can't imagine it was better by much!!!!!

I'm interested as to your reasons for working at home? How often do you go to the office? Does this mean you do a lot of chatting with your team members over the internet, that kind of thing?

Well I work at home because I didn't want to move my family out to Salt Lake. Salt Lake is really nice but I'm a Socal dude at this point in my life and don't want to be anywhere but San Diego or LA. Also, I've worked like this with to Eat Sleep Play team (who used to be Incognito and who- before that- were Single Trac) since we've been working together and it makes for a better working relationship I feel.

I can't think of anywhere to put such stickers that would do them any justice. The only place I can think of would be the back of my iPhone.. which, I think you can appreciate, is out of the question.

Actually I can relate. Those pictures remind me of when I lost my shit playing Battlefield 2 and chucked my gaming mouse pad, frisbee style, across the room. The mouse pad was made of plastic and had rounded corners, but it still stuck in the wooden closet door about 2 inches. I have a picture of it somewhere. That was the day I realized I should probably try to watch my temper while gaming.
But BF2 can be infuriating at times...

Seven Pounds wasn't bad I thought...I think the scriptwriter tried too hard, that's my only real complaint about the movie. Otherwise it was good. A change of pace for Will Smith.
